Individual Support
The Certificate III In Individual Support is an entry level qualification for to work in a community and/or residential setting, to follow an individualised plan and provide person-centered support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability or some other reason. Learners who successfully complete the course will be awarded the Certificate III in Individual Support. As part of the Australian Qualifications Framework this qualification is nationally recognised.
Community Services
The Certificate IV In Community Services is aimed at providing participants with the skills to design and deliver person-centred services to individuals and/or groups. Workers may provide support, advocacy or interventions to individual clients, groups or communities across a range of services. At this level, workers may be autonomous with limited responsibility within established parameters and may be required to supervise and lead other workers in projects or teams. Work may take place in a range of community service, case work or case management contexts.
Sterilisation Services
This qualification HLT47015 Certificate IV in Sterilisation Services, reflects the role of a team leader or senior technician in a sterilisation or reprocessing area. This worker is responsible for the maintenance of quality requirements and monitoring of technical sterilisation functions.
